If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund. We will refund any unused or unaltered merchandise within 14 days of the original purchase date for a merchandise refund, or you can return the item for exchange or credit within 30 days. Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are not refundable. A credit should appear on your account.

Quality Issues:

If a product you purchased on SpringStreetDesign.com has a material or manufacturing flaw, please call Customer Service at 401-732-4369 ext 103.

Gift Returns:

If you wish to return a product that you received as a gift, the refund will go to the original form of payment, i.e the credit card used to purchase it. When returning a gift, please provide the order number or purchaser name, address, and telephone number to assist in processing the return.
